30in30min: 30 workouts in 30 min or less!

You want to be fit. You want to look good. And you don’t have hours to spend in the gym. I get it. Those are three reasons are why I created 30in30min. This training guide is full of 30 workouts that are all done in 30 minutes or less! Utilizing dumbbells and/or kettlebells, 30in30min provides the best of various types of fitness. Through a combination of functional resistance training with dumbbells/kettlebells, bodyweight movements, cardiovascular conditioning and classic bodybuilding sprinkled in, this guide covers all the bases.

30in30min is a full paged color PDF with active video links that show you exactly how to do each exercise. There are exercise explanations as needed throughout the guide and scaling options for those more high-skilled movements you may still be working on! This guide was made with the novice to experienced fitness goer in mind who wants to take her workouts to the next level using minimal equipment, with minimal amounts of time. Although it’s not a beginner program, you have the freedom to use the program a framework for your workouts; decrease reps, scale rounds, rest more than prescribed to accommodate your fitness level.

This guide works best if you have access to a range of dumbbell weights and/or kettlebells. HOWEVER, having only one set of dumbbells and/or one kettlebell is perfectly sufficient for the 30in30min workouts. Using what you have is better than not using it at all, right? In the guide I have made notes of the many different ways that dumbbells and kettlebells can be used together or interchangeably to get a great workout. You can even use household items to substitute the equipment (ex: gallon of milk, backpack, etc.) Be creative with what you have. I'm always available through email/dm for questions as well. Be Fit.
